Virtually anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can earn a PADI Open Water Diver certification. Throughout the course, you’ll learn fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques.
The theory will cover the basic principles and knowledge for safe and enjoyable diving. It includes topics such as buoyancy, dive planning and the important buddy system. To gain sufficient theoretical knowledge you will be given a book to read where you can test yourself with easy knowledge reviews. You will also watch a few well made videos where theory is explained in a clear manner and underwater skills are shown in detail.
During the pool dives you will learn to do easy and fun skills whilst under water. Your instructor will for example teach you how to clear your mask of water and how to breathe from a spare air source.
When it is time for the ocean dives, you will practise the same skills you already mastered in the pool and enjoy the underwater scenery!!!

During the Open Water course , you will learn about scuba fundamentals, equipment and techniques, plus you will have 5 confined water sessions and 4 open water dives at some of Sihanoukvilles best dive locations.
On completion of the course, you will receive the PADI Open Water Diver Card which is recognized the world over and enables you to rent gear and go diving anywhere in the world.
